Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 9 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with NI Airport Transfers (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, the customer (“you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings & Contract
- A booking constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase transport services.
- A binding contract is formed only once a booking has been accepted by us and, where applicable, a deposit or other required payment has been received.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied at the time of booking is accurate, including dates, times, pickup and destination addresses, flight or ferry details, passenger numbers, luggage requirements and any special transport requirements.
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
2. Prices & Payment
- All prices are quoted based on the journey details and information supplied by the customer at the time of booking.
- Once a booking has been confirmed, the quoted price applies to the agreed itinerary as a whole. Where a booking contains multiple journeys, transfers or services, the total package price may not necessarily represent the individual price of each journey when considered separately.
-
Where a customer requests an amendment to a confirmed booking, the amended
booking may be subject to a revised price. Amendments may include, but are
not limited to:
- Changes to pickup or destination addresses
- Changes to dates or collection times
- Additional stops or additional journeys
- Route changes requested by the customer
- Changes in passenger numbers
- Changes in luggage or golf equipment requirements
- Changes requiring a different vehicle or additional vehicle
- Changes requiring an additional driver
- Excessive waiting time
- Any revised price will take into account the amended booking as a whole, including additional or reduced journey requirements, operational arrangements, vehicle or driver requirements and other relevant costs. A reduction in the distance or duration of one part of a multi-journey booking does not automatically entitle the customer to a proportional reduction or refund against the original package price.
- Any revised price will be communicated to the customer before the requested amendment is confirmed. Unless otherwise agreed, the original booking arrangements and price will remain in place until the amendment has been accepted by us.
- A deposit may be required to secure a booking. Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, any deposit paid will be applied towards the total booking price.
- The remaining balance must be paid by the date stated in the booking confirmation, invoice or other written correspondence.
- Failure to pay the balance when due may result in the booking being cancelled or the journey being refused.
- Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, card, contactless payment, cash or another payment method agreed with us.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
-
Customer cancellations:
- Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be eligible for a deposit refund at our discretion, subject to any specific cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
- Short-notice cancellations, last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the deposit or the full booking charge.
-
No-show definition:
A no-show occurs where the passenger fails to attend the agreed pickup location within a reasonable period and makes no contact with us. - Where significant costs have already been incurred in connection with a booking, including the arrangement of additional vehicles, subcontracted drivers or other services, these costs may be taken into account when determining any refund, subject to applicable consumer law.
-
Cancellation by us:
If we are unable to fulfil a booking, any monies paid for the transport service we are unable to provide will be refunded. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights or remedies available to the customer.
4. Waiting Time & Delays
- Pickup times are agreed in advance.
- A reasonable waiting period is included unless stated otherwise.
- Excessive waiting time may incur additional charges. Where reasonably practicable, the customer will be informed of any additional charge.
-
We shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our
reasonable control, including:
- Traffic congestion
- Road closures or accidents
- Weather conditions
- Public events
- Border or security delays
- Actions of third parties
5. Flights, Ferries & Connections
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete travel details, including flight, ferry or train information where relevant.
- We may monitor flight arrival information where flight details have been supplied, but customers remain responsible for keeping us informed of any known changes to their travel arrangements.
- Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient journey time for flights, ferries, trains or other onward connections.
- We cannot guarantee arrival times where delays result from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, accidents, road closures, adverse weather, security incidents or other unforeseen events.
- We shall not be liable for missed flights, ferries, trains or other connections except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers must behave in a safe, respectful and lawful manner.
-
We reserve the right to refuse carriage or terminate a journey where:
- Passenger behaviour is abusive, threatening or unsafe
- A passenger is excessively intoxicated
- There is a risk to the driver, vehicle or other passengers
- A passenger refuses to comply with reasonable safety instructions
- Where a journey is refused or terminated because of passenger conduct, a refund may not be provided, subject to applicable law.
7. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning
- Passengers may be held responsible for damage caused to a vehicle through their actions or negligence.
- Excessive soiling, spillages, vomiting or other contamination requiring specialist cleaning may result in a reasonable cleaning charge.
- Where damage causes a vehicle to be unavailable for subsequent bookings, reasonable associated losses may also be recoverable where permitted by law.
8. Luggage, Golf Equipment & Personal Belongings
- Customers are responsible for accurately declaring passenger numbers and luggage requirements at the time of booking.
- This includes large suitcases, hand luggage, golf bags, bicycles, bicycle cases and any unusually sized equipment.
- Vehicles are allocated based on the information supplied at the time of booking. Additional or undeclared luggage may not fit in the allocated vehicle and may require a larger vehicle, trailer or additional vehicle at extra cost.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that luggage and personal belongings are properly packed and suitable for transport.
- Customers should ensure that all belongings are removed from the vehicle at the end of the journey.
- We will take reasonable care of luggage and personal belongings while in our custody. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Child Seats
- Child seats may be available by prior arrangement and are subject to availability.
- Customers must advise us of any child-seat requirement before travel.
- Customers remain responsible for confirming that any requested child seat is suitable for the child concerned.
10. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
-
We shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing a service
where this results from circumstances outside our reasonable control,
including but not limited to:
- Extreme or severe weather
- Serious traffic disruption
- Road closures
- Accidents
- Vehicle breakdown
- Industrial action
- Emergency incidents
- Government or police restrictions
- Other events that could not reasonably have been avoided
- Where possible, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative vehicle or driver if the originally allocated vehicle or driver becomes unavailable.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
- Subject to applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the booking was made.
- Customers remain responsible for ensuring that sufficient time is allowed for important onward connections.
- These Terms do not affect the customer's statutory rights.
12. Drivers, Vehicles & Subcontractors
- We may fulfil a booking using our own vehicle and driver or through a trusted subcontracted or partner driver where appropriate.
- Where a subcontracted or partner driver is used, we remain responsible for arranging the transport service booked through NI Airport Transfers.
- The vehicle used may differ from any vehicle shown on our website or in promotional material, provided that it is suitable for the passenger and luggage requirements of the booking.
- Where possible, relevant driver and vehicle details will be provided to the customer before travel.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
- Information may be used and shared where reasonably necessary to arrange and provide the booked transport service.
- Full details are set out below in our Privacy Policy.
