These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with NI Airport Transfers (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, the customer (“you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings & Contract
- A booking constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase transport services.
- A binding contract is formed only once a booking has been accepted by us and, where applicable, a deposit has been received.
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
2. Prices & Payment
- All prices are quoted based on information supplied at the time of booking.
- Prices may be adjusted where journey details change, including but not limited to:
- Additional stops
- Changes in passenger or luggage numbers
- Excessive waiting time
- Route changes requested by the customer
- A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
- The remaining balance is payable on the day of travel, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include card, contactless, or cash.
- Failure to pay the balance due may result in the journey being refused or terminated.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Customer cancellations:
- Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be eligible for a deposit refund at our discretion.
- Short-notice cancellations, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or full charge.
- No-show definition:
A no-show occurs where the passenger fails to attend the agreed pickup location within a reasonable time and makes no contact. - Driver cancellations:
If we are unable to fulfil a booking, any monies paid will be refunded in full. Our liability shall not extend beyond this refund.
4. Waiting Time & Delays
- Pickup times are agreed in advance.
- A reasonable waiting period is included unless stated otherwise.
- Excessive waiting time may incur additional charges.
- We shall not be held liable for delays caused by:
- Traffic congestion
- Road closures or accidents
- Weather conditions
- Public events
- Actions of third parties
5. Flights, Ferries & Connections
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete travel details.
- We do not guarantee arrival times and are not liable for missed flights, ferries, trains, or other connections, except where required by law.
- Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient journey time.
6. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers must behave in a safe, respectful, and lawful manner.
- We reserve the right to refuse carriage or terminate a journey if:
- Passenger behaviour is unsafe or abusive
- There is a risk to the driver, vehicle, or other passengers
- No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
7. Vehicle Damage & Cleaning
- Passengers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle.
- Excessive soiling, spillages, or vomiting may result in a cleaning charge.
8. Luggage & Personal Belongings
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring luggage suitability and quantity.
- We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items, howsoever caused.
- Items left in the vehicle are carried at the owner’s risk.
9. Child Seats
- Child seats are provided by prior arrangement only and subject to availability.
- Customers remain responsible for confirming suitability and correct use.
10. Force Majeure
- We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather
- Vehicle breakdown
- Acts of God
- Industrial action
11. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the journey booked.
- We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal data is processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
